- View and book available experiences
- Submit forms via Tally.so
- Make payments via Stripe
- Receive communications and confirmations via Gmail
Booking & Payments
Section titled “Booking & Payments”- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
- All prices are in [IDR/USD] and may be subject to tax or processing fees.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, or tour content without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Section titled “Cancellations & Refunds”The policy regarding cancellations and refunds are dependent on the Cancellation and Refund Policy terms on the corresponding page.
Liability & Risk
Section titled “Liability & Risk”Participation in tours involves inherent risks. After booking and filling up the waiver form, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our liability waiver. PT Jelajah Budaya Lokal is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence. More information is available on the waiver page.
Use of Third-Party Services

- Tally.so for form collection
- Stripe for payment processing
- Airtable for data management
- Gmail for correspondence
You agree to their respective terms by using features relying on these platforms.
